Toolbar Commands

AniAli Search - This will display the address of the latest 911 phone call. This command
can also be activated by double-clicking the right mouse button.
Keyboard Search - This will display the address entered at the keyboard.
Previous Addresses - This displays a list of previous addresses. The list will consist of addresses of incoming 911 calls and keyboard searches. Double-click on an address to
display location.
Find Name - Enter a portion of street name and press Enter. A list of streets containing the letters entered will be shown in a dialog box.  Double-click on the name to display the location.
Find Intersection - At the command line, enter a portion of one of the street names that form the intersection you wish to find. A list of intersections containing the letters entered will be shown in a dialog box. Double-click on an intersection to display the location.
LatLong - Place the cross-hairs at the desired location and press the pick button. An arrow with latitude and longitude text will be displayed.
GPS Find - Enter the latitude and longitude in the dialog box.  Be sure to use six digits (entering a preceding zero for single digits of minutes and seconds). The location will be displayed.
New Address - This will allow the entry of a new or existing address at the keyboard. Use the crosshairs to locate the map location and press the pick button on the mouse. If an existing address is entered, the address data base will be modified to the new location.
Print - Executes printing application. Printing can be black/white or color.
View Level 1 - Displays a zoomed-in view of the map.
View Level 2 - Default view.  This will zoom out from View Level 1.
View Level 3 - This will zoom out from View Level 2.
View Level 4 - This will zoom out from View Level 3.
Zoom All - This will display a view of the entire service area map.
Zoom Center - Place the crosshairs at the center of a location on the service area map you want to display and press the pick button.
Zoom Previous - This will display the previous view.
Pan - This allows panning of the display. Place the "+" cursor at a location on the screen and press the pick button. The location selected will be moved to the center of the screen.
Get Address - Allows you to find the nearest address to a location selected on the screen.
Navigate - This will display the courses between points selected on the screen. Press the right mouse button to stop the command and display the navigation data.
Redisplay - This redisplays the navigation data dialog box.
Navigate Clear - This will remove the lines created by the Navigate command and remove the navigation data base.
Drawing Parameters - Allows for selection of color and line type of new polylines and for the selection of color and height for new text.
Draw Polyline - Adds a polyline to the drawing. Prompts appear on the status bar at the lower left corner of the screen.
Insert Text - Permits insertion of text at the angle selected.
Undo - Removes the last entity added to the drawing.  Continuous selection of this command will remove all polylines and text inserted during the current session.
Move Text - Moves text to a new location and rotation.
Erase Text- Removes the selected text from the drawing.
Selection point is at the lower left corner of the text.
Erase Polyline - Removes a polyline from the drawing.  The polyline must be selected at one of its ends or at any vertex point.
Edit Text - Allows modification of text. Selection point is at the lower left corner of the text.

Layer Control - Allows layers to be turned on or off for display purposes. Permits new layers to be added and allows selection of current layer which controls on which layer new entities are placed.

Additional Address Information - Displays a web page with photographs, floor plans, or special information regarding the address. A flashing arrow appears below this button when additional information is available.
